Membership Terms and Conditions

 

The Travel Bug Membership ("Travel Bug") and The Blowout Membership ("Blowout Membership") is a loyalty program offered by The Loft Spa & Blow-dry Bar ("The Loft") to its most valued customers. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in The Travel Bug and Blowout Membership (known as a "Member") and The Loft Spa & Blow-dry Bar with respect to "Travel Bug" and "Blowout Membership". The Loft Spa & Blow-dry Bar reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures ("Related Rules") affecting memberships. By participating in our "Travel Bug" and "Blowout Membership", Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about "Travel Bug" and "Blowout Membership" terms and conditions and Related Rules.

Discounts

Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership services and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Member. The Loft Spa & Blow-dry Bar reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or services. 

Rollover Blowouts

Unused blowouts "rollover" month to month and never expire during membership. Unused blowouts and discounts have no cash value. Any unused blowouts must be redeemed within 30 days of membership cancellation or they will expire forever. Member is not entitled to redeem unused blowouts or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused blowouts or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancelation.

Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the Member at The Loft Spa & Blow-dry Bar, Indigo Courtyard, Holetown, BB24015 Barbados.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships can be cancelled at any time, without penalty. Memberships must be cancelled in-store or via email at info@theloftbarbados.com. To cancel your membership, please send your name, phone, email and the date you'd like to cancel to info@theloftbarbados.com.

Payments

The membership fees will recur monthly until cancelled by the member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member's credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee. It is each Member's responsibility to keep The Loft Spa & Blow-dry Bar informed of accurate billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.

Declined Payments

If you have subscribed to our one of our membership programs. Each Member will be charged for the agreed amount on 'X' date every month. If your payment is declined three (3) times consecutively over a seven (7) day period. Your membership program will be cancelled.

Seasonal Services

Christmas and New Years are extremely busy at our salon and spa. Every effort is made to cater to individual preferences and schedules. Please note that all services from the membership plans being used during the month of December need to be booked before November 15.
